Notification Preferences
Control which email notifications you receive from TradeLasso, and understand the in-app notifications system.
In-app notifications
TradeLasso sends in-app notifications for important account and usage events. You can view them by clicking the bell icon in the dashboard sidebar. The bell shows a red badge when you have unread notifications.
The Notifications page lets you view, filter, mark as read, and delete individual notifications.
Email notifications
Email notifications can be toggled on or off from Dashboard → Settings → Notification Preferences.
When email notifications are enabled, you will receive emails for:
- Trial expiration reminder (3 days before expiry)
- Trial expiration reminder (1 day before expiry)
- Trial expired
- Subscription activated
- Subscription canceled
- Screening usage reaching 80% of your monthly limit
- Screening usage reaching 100% (limit reached)
- Batch screening job completed
Security emails
Important
Security-related emails are always sent regardless of your notification preference. These include password change confirmations and payment failure alerts.
Disabling email notifications
To turn off email notifications, go to Settings, find the Notification Preferences section, and toggle Email Notifications off. Your preference is saved automatically.
In-app notifications are not affected by this toggle — they will continue to appear in your dashboard regardless of your email preference.
Notification categories
On the Notifications page, you can filter notifications by category:
- All — every notification
- Unread — notifications you have not yet read
- Subscription — trial and billing events
- Usage — screening usage limit events
- Account — password changes and other account activity
