PDF Compliance Reports

Types of reports

TradeLasso generates two types of PDF reports:

Full compliance report

A report covering all matches returned by a single RPS search. This is the primary report for documenting a complete screening event.

The full report includes:

• TradeLasso branding and report header
• Your name, company name, and email (from your profile)
• The search query
• Date and time of the search
• Total number of results
• All matching entries with full details (source list, addresses, aliases, license policy)

Single-record report

A report for one specific entity from a search result or from Saved Profiles. Useful when you need to document a specific match without including all results from the same search.

The single-record report includes the same header information as the full report, but contains only the record for that one entity.

Generating a full report from the RPS Tool

1. Run a search in the Restricted Party Screening Tool
2. Wait for the search to complete and the audit record to be gathered (you will see a brief status message)
3. Click Download Full Report at the top of the results page
4. The PDF will be generated and downloaded immediately

Generating a single-record report

Single-record reports can be generated from two places:

• From search results: Click the PDF icon on any individual result card
• From Saved Profiles: Open a saved entity and click Download PDF

Report generation and privacy

Profile information in reports

Your name, company name, and email are pulled from your Settings and included in the report header. Keep your profile information up to date to ensure reports include accurate attribution. If these fields are empty, the corresponding fields in the report will be blank.
