Batch Job History
Every batch job you run is saved. View past jobs, check their status, and resume reviewing results at any time.
Where to find job history
Past batch jobs are listed at the bottom of the Batch Screening page, below the upload area. The list is paginated with 5 jobs per page.
What each job record shows
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Filename | The name of the CSV file you uploaded |
| Date | When the job was created |
| Total records | Number of rows in the uploaded file |
| Status | Completed, Processing, or Pending |
Job statuses
- Completed — All rows were processed successfully. Results are available to resume.
- Processing — The job is still running. Results will appear as each row completes.
- Pending — The job was created but processing has not started. This typically resolves quickly.
Resuming a completed batch
If you close the page or navigate away after a batch job completes, you can return to the results at any time:
- Go to the Batch Screening page
- Find the completed job in the history list
- Click Resume to reload the results table for that job
Resuming a job does not re-run any screening — it simply reloads the saved results from when the job originally ran.
Note
Results for completed batch jobs are stored so they can be resumed later. You can export the CSV or save hits to Saved Profiles at any point after the job completes, not just immediately after processing.
Dashboard batch card
Your main dashboard also shows a summary of your most recent batch job. The card displays the filename, record count, date, and status. Click Open Batch Screeningto go directly to the batch tool and resume that job's results.
