Reading Batch Results

A guide to interpreting every column and status in the Batch Screening results table.

The results table

After processing completes, each row from your CSV is displayed in a results table with the following columns:

ColumnDescription
StatusThe screening outcome for this row: Hit, Clean, or Error (see below)
Entity NameThe name as it appeared in your CSV
Match Score0–100 fuzzy match score. Only meaningful for Hit rows.
Matched Entity NameThe name as it appears on the government list (for Hit rows)
Original columnsAll other columns from your CSV are preserved for cross-reference

Row status types

Hit

A match was found above the screening threshold. The row is highlighted in red. Review the matched entity name and match score. Click View Details to open a drawer with the full government list record — including source list, addresses, alternate names, and license policy.

Clean

No match was found above the threshold for this row. The entity name did not closely match any entry in the CSL at the time of screening. The row is shown in green.

Error

The screening request for this row failed — usually due to a temporary API issue. Error rows can be retried individually by clicking the Retry button on the row. If retries continue to fail, contact support.

The fuzzy score slider

Above the results table is a slider that lets you filter rows by match score. Moving the slider to the right hides rows with a match score below your chosen threshold, allowing you to focus manual review on higher-confidence hits first.

Note

The slider filters the view only — it does not change which rows are included in your exported CSV. All rows are included in the export regardless of the slider position.

View Details drawer

For any Hit row, click View Details to open a side drawer showing the full record for the matched entity from the government list. This includes all fields available for that entity: source list, addresses, alternate names, license policy, and any additional identifiers published by the agency.

Use this information to determine whether the matched entity is the same party as your counterparty — see Understanding Results for guidance on reviewing matches.

Saving a hit to Saved Profiles

On any Hit row, click Save to Profiles to bookmark the matched entity to your Saved Profiles. The saved profile will include a provenance note indicating it was discovered via this batch job, including the batch ID, original CSV name, match score, and date.
