Saving & Managing Profiles
Save any entity from your search results to Saved Profiles for easy monitoring, re-screening, and compliance note-keeping.
What are Saved Profiles?
Saved Profiles is a personal list of entities you have bookmarked for ongoing compliance monitoring. When you save an entity, TradeLasso stores the full record — name, source list, addresses, aliases — so you can reference it later without running a new search.
Common use cases for saving a profile:
- An entity was a partial match and you want to monitor whether their listing changes
- A customer or supplier you screen regularly — save once, re-screen on demand
- An entity flagged during due diligence that needs ongoing tracking
- A confirmed match where you need to document the decision to reject or escalate
How to save an entity
- Run a search in the RPS Tool
- Find the result card you want to save
- Click the bookmark icon (pin icon) on the result card
- The icon will change to indicate the entity has been saved
Saved entities appear in Dashboard → Saved Profiles.
Saving from batch screening
In Batch Screening, any row with a Hit status has a Save to Profiles button. Clicking it saves that matched entity to your Saved Profiles with a note indicating it was discovered via batch job, including the batch ID, date, original CSV name, and match score.
Plan limits
The number of profiles you can save depends on your plan. The Dashboard shows your current saved profile count and limit in the Saved Profiles card. If you reach your limit, upgrade your plan to save more.
Note
Pro plans have unlimited saved profiles. See the pricing page for current plan details.
Viewing all saved profiles
Go to Dashboard → Saved Profilesto see your full list. Each saved profile shows the entity's full details — name, source list, address, and any compliance notes you have added.
Removing a saved profile
To remove an entity from your saved list, open the entity on the Saved Profiles page and click the Remove (trash) button. This removes the bookmark permanently. Your search history record for the original search is not affected.
Important
Removing a saved profile also deletes any compliance notes you have added to it. This action cannot be undone.
