Exporting Results to CSV

Download your complete batch screening results as a CSV file for your records, reporting, or compliance documentation.

How to export

After your batch job completes (or after resuming a past job), click the Export CSV button at the top of the results table. The file will download immediately to your device.

What the export contains

The exported CSV contains every row from your original file, with four additional columns appended by TradeLasso:

ColumnDescription
Screening_StatusThe screening outcome: Hit, Clear, or Error
Match_ScoreFuzzy match score (0–100). Empty for Clean and Error rows.
Matched_Entity_NameThe entity name as it appears on the government list. Empty for Clean and Error rows.
TradeLasso_Batch_IDThe unique identifier for this batch job, for audit reference

All original columns from your uploaded CSV are preserved in their original positions. No data from your file is removed or rearranged.

Export filename

The downloaded file is named using this pattern:

TradeLasso_Results_{original-filename}_{YYYY-MM-DD}.csv

For example, if you uploaded vendor-list.csv on April 14, 2026, the export filename would be:

TradeLasso_Results_vendor-list_2026-04-14.csv

The fuzzy slider does not affect the export

Note

The fuzzy score slider in the results view filters the visible rows only. All rows — regardless of match score — are included in the CSV export. This ensures your compliance record is complete.

Using the export for compliance documentation

The exported CSV is designed to be audit-ready. Common uses:

  • Attach to a vendor onboarding file as evidence of screening
  • Import into your compliance management system
  • Archive alongside shipping documentation for each batch of orders
  • Share with your compliance officer or legal team for review

The TradeLasso_Batch_ID column allows you to trace any row back to the specific batch job in your TradeLasso account history.
