Exporting Search History
Export your complete search history as a JSON or CSV file for audits, compliance reports, or your own records.
Note
Search history is a Pro plan feature. Free plan users do not have access to search history or history exports.
Accessing search history
Navigate to Dashboard → Tools → RPS → Search History. This page lists every search you have run, most recent first, within your plan's retention window.
Export formats
You can export your entire search history in two formats:
CSV export
A spreadsheet-compatible format with one row per search. Columns included:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
Search Query | The name you searched |
Total Results | Number of matches returned |
Tier at Search | Your plan tier at the time the search was run |
Sources | Which lists were searched (typically "Full CSL") |
Date | Date and time of the search |
Matched Entities | Semicolon-separated list of matched entity names |
JSON export
A structured JSON file containing every search, including the full result data for each matching entity. This format is suitable for importing into compliance management systems or for programmatic processing.
How to export
- Go to the Search History page
- Click Export CSV or Export JSON at the top of the page
- The file downloads immediately to your device
Export file names follow the pattern:
tradelasso-search-history-YYYY-MM-DD.csv tradelasso-search-history-YYYY-MM-DD.json
Retention windows
Your search history is retained according to your plan. Searches older than your plan's retention window will not appear in Search History and will not be included in exports. See the pricing page for current retention limits by plan.
Downloading individual search PDFs from history
On any search in your history, click the PDF icon to download a compliance PDF report for that specific search. This is useful for generating documentation for past searches retroactively.
